The Kuby Company (TKC) was established 1997 in north Alabama to work individually with business clients to determine their specific needs and objectives.

CARL KUBY - President and Founder of TKC  Carl is a senior consultant with thirty-five years experience in administration, supervision, project coordination, recruitment, personnel training, public relations, long-range planning, writing/editing, conferencing, marketing, budget development, financial management, legal insurance sales, yacht and business brokerage.  Since 1997 he has been representing business owners and buyers in the southeast and across America.  He holds membership with the International Business Brokers Association and is a Certified Business Counselor (CBC).                                                              

Carl holds four earned academic degrees, including a doctorate in educational administration. Dr. Kuby has been listed in: Notable Americans; The International Who's Who in Community Service, third edition;

Tamara Hudson - Associate Broker  

Tamara Hudson is northern Alabama’s first woman business broker, and is an associate with The Kuby Company specializing in marketing businesses for sale. With backgrounds in accounting, business ownership, education and real estate, as well as her roles as a volunteer working extensively in her community and church in the areas of historic preservation, fund raising, volunteer recruitment and lay ministry, Ms. Hudson brings her far-reaching life experience to the business sales process.

Ms. Hudson is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the nation’s largest professional association of business brokers and business intermediaries, and is a candidate for the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). She is an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Alabama. She attended the University of North Alabama (UNA) where she majored in Accounting.   Ms. Hudson has co-owned a small business since 1997. Dave Marcussen - Marketing Associate  Dave provides direct marketing services for The Kuby Company.  As the President of High Tech Connections, Inc., based in Atlanta, GA,  Dave has over 30 years of successful experience in corporate sales recruiting in a variety of industries, including consulting, construction, health care, medical, manufacturing, retail, sports, transportation and wholesale distribution applications.  He has consistently been in the top 5% nationally for corporate sales and recruiting for more than 15 years.  Dave is available to help corporations as a consultant with recruitment for key management and sales positions. CORPORATE CONSULTANTS for MERGERS and ACQUISITIONS             The Kuby Company is associated with Sandra Schumann and Allison Ehrler-Meyer of Atlanta, GA, who consult in pre and post acquisition corporate management techniques.  They have worked with companies in a variety of industries, including: manufacturing, financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, energy, hospitality, service sector, airline, retail, information technology, telecommunications, education/university and health care.  Their clients have included Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies.

Sandra Schumann holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Georgia.  She has also completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan and Increasing Human Resources Effectiveness at Harvard University.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.  With over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Sandra now brings her business expertise as a consultant to a variety of industries.

Allison Ehrler-Meyer also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Georgia.  In addition, she is  a member of the International Coaching Federation.  Allison has been a consultant to several Fortune 100 companies, not only nationally, but also internationally.  As a team, Sandra and Allison assist companies with proven processes that accelerate positive results that minimize risks and reduce costs by incorporating change management and HR techniques as part of the M & A process.

The Kuby Company is pleased to be in association with Monty Walker, CPA, CBI, BCB, of Walker Advisory Associates in Wichita Falls, TX.  Mr. Walker specializes in Business Transactions, Business Structuring & Design, Business Tax Planning and Business Exit Planning.  Having come from an entrepreneurial family, Monty has a comprehensive business background spanning over 24 years which includes experience in both startups and established entities. Monty spent a significant portion of career as an industry CFO in the private sector and he has owned and operated several of his own businesses.  Thus, his experience comes from being directly in the trenches.
